My caps are built to fit a head of 21.5" to 23.5" (55 to 60 cm), which covers most men. If your cap has a back buckle, you can adjust it to sit just how you like, and it will fit almost everyone.

Built with the small things that matter

Inside, I've shaped the paneling so it holds its form without feeling stiff. The seams are double-stitched. It's a small thing, but it's what keeps a cap together for years instead of months. The brim sits clean, enough to shade your eyes without making the cap feel heavy.

      Hi, I’m George, and welcome to George's Caps. Since 1988, this shop has been more than a place where caps are made. It’s been my life’s work, my pride, and a part of me in every stitch.

        How does the sizing work?

        All of George's caps are made to fit a head circumference of 21.5" to 23.5" (55 to 60 cm ) one size that works for most men. And if your cap has a back buckle, you can adjust the fit to suit you perfectly, no matter your head size. Not sure if your cap is adjustable? It'll say so right on the product page.

        what is your return policy?

        I want you to be satisfied with your cap. If it’s not quite right, you can return it within 14 days from the day you receive it. Just send me an email, and I’ll take care of everything.

        Each cap is carefully handcrafted in my workshop. I cut the cloth, stitch every seam, and shape each piece by hand. I’ve been making caps this way since 1988, with the same steady care and attention to detail.

        How do I care for my cap?

        A well-made cap doesn’t need much to last. Keep it in a cool, dry place when you’re not wearing it, and give it a gentle brush now and then to keep the fabric fresh. If it gets wet, let it dry naturally. Simple care will keep your cap in good shape for years.
